Harlequin's Exterior Varnish is waterbased and has been designed to be applied over any raw or previously varnished (not oil based) surface. This varnish allows for natural movement of the wood. It has excellent UV stability due to a specialised ultra violet absorber. It comes in a satin sheen finish and six colourways It is fast drying and low odour.
